Biography —
My research interests broadly focus on eating and other health behaviors, particularly how life stressors and everyday contexts shape these behaviors among individuals with and without eating disorders. I am interested in understanding how these experiences may contribute to eating-related difficulties and broader patterns of health and well-being. Ultimately, I hope to conduct research that can inform meaningful, real-world approaches to supporting healthier behaviors and improving well-being.
