Biography —
My research interests focus on contributing a personalized understanding of inhibiting and promoting factors, such as community violence exposure, acculturative stress, and social support, associated with the well-being of Latino children and adolescents. Currently, my efforts are focused on elucidating the spillover effect of adverse neighborhood experiences into the classroom.
