Biography

Adrian is a fifth year student in Dr. Christopher Cushing’s Pediatric Health Insight Team (PHIT) lab. Adrian's research interests are in understanding the microtemporal (i.e., moment-to-moment) processes that influence healthy decision-making in youth. Adrian's research goals are to better explain the underlying situational, contextual, and temporal mechanisms that mediate physical activity behaviors. His long-term aim is to translate these findings into personally-tailored clinical interventions (e.g. just-in-time adaptive interventions, N-of-1 RCTs) for youth with chronic health conditions.
