Broadly, I am interested in internalizing disorders in children and adolescents, with particular emphasis on the bidirectional and temporal associations among parent/family, peer and child characteristics.  I am particularly interested in the role of emotion regulation, cognitions and behaviors in the development and maintenance of anxiety and depression and how these factors interact with social-environmental (e.g., parenting, peer relationships) influences across development.  Additionally, I am interested in dissemination science with particular focus on increasing the presence of evidence-based assessment and intervention in community settings (e.g., primary care, school settings, community mental health centers) and expanding service use and access for youth.
